Welcome to Bridge2Europe. These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit bridge2europe.in, submit an enquiry or application, upload documents, communicate with us or make a payment.
Bridge2Europe is a service operated by WebPro Developers Private Limited. By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
Bridge2Europe provides preliminary application and coordination support for selected international employment opportunities.
Our services may include:
- Collecting and reviewing applications
- Initial profile assessment
- Document screening
- Consultation coordination
- Sharing suitable profiles with authorised employers or recruitment partners
- Interview and documentation guidance, where applicable
Opportunity availability and requirements may change depending on employers, destination countries and applicable regulations.
2. Applicant Eligibility and Responsibilities
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing opportunity requirements, keeping your contact details updated and responding to application-related communication.
Bridge2Europe may reject or close applications containing false, altered, misleading or incomplete information.
3. Registration Processing Fee
Selected applications, including Malta registrations, require a ₹500 registration processing fee.
The fee covers:
- Initial application review
- Profile assessment
- Document screening
- Application administration
- Consultation coordination
The fee is not a payment for a job, interview, visa, work permit or immigration approval.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or another authorised payment provider.
Payments may appear under WebPro Developers Private Limited, Bridge2Europe or another approved payment descriptor.
A registration is considered completed only after the payment status is confirmed as successful. Pending, failed, cancelled or unpaid entries will not be treated as completed paid registrations.
We do not directly store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
The ₹500 registration processing fee is non-refundable after successful payment.
A refund may be considered only for:
- A verified duplicate payment
- An incorrect transaction confirmed by the payment provider
- A payment collected when we are unable to provide the stated processing service
- A refund required under applicable law
Withdrawing an application, failing to submit documents, not meeting eligibility requirements or not being selected does not normally qualify for a refund.

6. No Job or Visa Guarantee
Submitting an application or paying the registration fee does not guarantee:
- Shortlisting or an interview
- Employer selection
- Job placement or an offer letter
- A specific salary or employment benefit
- Visa or work-permit approval
- Immigration or travel approval
- A fixed processing timeline
Employment decisions are made by the relevant employer. Visa, work-permit and immigration decisions are made by the appropriate government authorities.
Bridge2Europe is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency.
7. Employers and Partners
Where relevant, applicant information may be shared with authorised employers, recruitment partners, consultants or interview coordinators for application assessment and opportunity coordination.
These parties independently decide whether to shortlist, interview or select an applicant.
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Communication
By submitting your contact details, you agree to receive application-related communication through email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp.
Communication may include application updates, missing-document requests, payment confirmation, consultation scheduling, interviews or relevant opportunities.
9. Website Use
You must not:
- Submit false or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person
- Upload harmful files or malware
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Disrupt the website or payment system
- Misuse applicant, employer or website information
We may restrict access or close an application if these Terms are violated.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to employers, government websites, Razorpay or other third-party services.
Bridge2Europe does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of third-party websites.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Bridge2Europe and WebPro Developers Private Limited are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Employer selection decisions
- Opportunity cancellation or withdrawal
- Visa, work-permit or immigration decisions
- Incorrect information submitted by an applicant
- Delays caused by banks, payment providers, employers or government authorities
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, fees, procedures, payment providers or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the registered office of WebPro Developers Private Limited is located.
