Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30 July 2026
Last Updated: 38 July 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to registration processing fees and other payments made through https://bridge2europe.in/.

Bridge2Europe is a service operated by WebPro Developers Private Limited.

By submitting an application and completing a payment through Bridge2Europe, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Registration Processing Fee

Candidates applying through Bridge2Europe may be required to pay a registration processing fee.

The registration processing fee covers services such as:

  • Initial application review
  • Preliminary profile assessment
  • Document screening
  • Application record creation
  • Consultation coordination
  • Communication and administrative processing
  • Preliminary opportunity coordination

The fee is charged for the processing and administrative services described above. It is not a payment for employment, a job offer, a visa, a work permit or immigration approval.

2. Non-Refundable Fee

The registration processing fee is non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

The fee will not be refunded if:

  • The applicant changes their mind after making payment.
  • The applicant decides not to continue with the application.
  • The applicant is unavailable for a consultation, screening call or interview.
  • The applicant does not provide requested documents or information.
  • The applicant provides incomplete, inaccurate or false information.
  • The applicant does not meet an employer’s eligibility requirements.
  • The applicant is not shortlisted or selected by an employer.
  • A vacancy is closed, postponed, filled or withdrawn.
  • The applicant fails an employer interview or assessment.
  • The applicant’s visa or work-permit application is delayed or rejected.
  • The applicant becomes ineligible because of documentation, medical, background, immigration or regulatory requirements.
  • The applicant does not respond to communications within the requested time.
  • The applicant independently withdraws from the process.
  • The applicant applies more than once using different details.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

A refund may be considered when:

  • The same applicant is charged more than once for the same application because of a technical error.
  • Payment is successfully debited but incorrectly recorded multiple times.
  • Bridge2Europe or its payment provider confirms that an erroneous duplicate transaction occurred.
  • A refund is required under applicable law.

The applicant must report a suspected duplicate or erroneous payment within seven days of the transaction.

The request must include:

  • Applicant’s full name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Razorpay payment ID
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Screenshot or bank confirmation showing the duplicate debit

Approval of a refund request is subject to verification of the relevant payment records.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

A payment may occasionally appear as pending, failed or incomplete because of a banking, UPI, card-network, internet or payment-gateway issue.

An application will be treated as paid only after the payment status is successfully confirmed in our system.

If money is debited but the payment is shown as failed or pending:

  1. Do not immediately make another payment.
  2. Wait for the bank and payment gateway to update the transaction status.
  3. Contact Bridge2Europe with the payment ID and debit confirmation.

Where an unsuccessful payment is automatically reversed, the reversal will be handled by the bank or payment provider according to its processing timelines.

5. Application Cancellation

An applicant may request cancellation or withdrawal of their application at any time by contacting Bridge2Europe.

Cancelling or withdrawing an application does not make the registration processing fee refundable.

To request application withdrawal, email to info@bridge2europe.in

Include the applicant’s registered email address, mobile number and application reference number.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved for a verified duplicate or erroneous payment:

  • The refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method.
  • In case of any refunds approved, it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
  • The time required for the refund to appear depends on Razorpay, the applicant’s bank, card issuer or UPI provider.
  • Bridge2Europe cannot credit an approved refund to a different bank account, card, UPI ID or payment method unless legally and technically permitted.
  • Payment-gateway or banking delays are outside Bridge2Europe’s direct control.

7. No Job or Visa Guarantee

Bridge2Europe does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Employer selection
  • Interview selection
  • Salary or employment terms
  • Offer-letter issuance
  • Visa approval
  • Work-permit approval
  • Immigration approval
  • Travel approval
  • A fixed processing timeline

Employment decisions are made independently by the relevant employers or recruitment partners. Visa, work-permit and immigration decisions are made by the applicable government and regulatory authorities.

8. Applicant Responsibility

Applicants are responsible for:

  • Reading the opportunity details before applying
  • Confirming that they understand the fee
  • Providing genuine and accurate information
  • Uploading valid and legible documents
  • Checking their eligibility
  • Responding to communication promptly
  • Attending scheduled consultations or interviews
  • Complying with employer and immigration requirements

Bridge2Europe may close an application without refund if fraudulent, altered, misleading or false information is submitted.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, applicants should contact Bridge2Europe so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the application and submission of relevant transaction, consent and service records to the bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable law.

10. Policy Changes

Bridge2Europe may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy when its services, payment process or legal obligations change.

The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy displayed at the time of payment will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
